We’re excited to announce a significant user experience upgrade to our new LiveHelp100 platform. We have made it easier and faster for you to configure LiveHelp100 by reinventing the look and feel of the control panel. Amongst other exciting additions, Control Panel in Chinese language and Self Service Reset Chat Link Domain, an upgraded API with virtually endless integration potential, Task Bot, and keyword engine for Chatbot, a much simplified and interactive way of creating bots, and Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM integration also awaits you in this massive release.
During the upgrade you may experience:
- A possible 3 to 10-minute service interruption (your customers will still be able to leave offline messages for you to respond to later, please do not worry.)
- Ticketing & Messaging may fail to receive some social media (Twitter, Facebook, WhatsApp, SMS, LINE, Telegram or WeChat) messages during the upgrade.
