1. How to register a new account? 

Dear Sir, I am glad to hear that you wish to sign up. 

- To open a new account, please click on the Sign Up option on your home screen

- Create personal login details for username and password.

- Fill mandatory field of phone number

- After entering your phone number, please click on send OTP to get a mobile verification code and fill the same in the OTP option.

- Fill in your first and last name

- Fill in optional fields of email ID & referral code, if you have the details otherwise you may leave it blank.

- Accept the terms and conditions box, and certify that you are over 18 years old by simply clicking on the check box.

- Click on the ‘Sign up’ button

 

 

2. How to reset password if logged in? 

   

Resetting your password is very easy. 

 

Step 1: To begin, select the dropdown menu adjacent to your username. Then, click on your profile and choose the password option.

 

 

Step 2: Enter your mobile number and click the OTP button. A one-time verification code will be sent to your mobile phone. Enter the verification code in the OTP field to set your new password.

 

3. How to reset password if unable to log in?

 

Resetting your password is very easy.

Step 1: Click on Login. Below it, you will see the option “Not able to Login”. Please click on that.

Step 2: Enter your mobile number and click the OTP button. A one-time verification code will be sent to your mobile phone. Enter this code in the OTP field.

Step 3: After the OTP is verified, the Reset Password option will appear.

Step 4: Set your new password and log in. ✅

 

 

4. Can I transfer my balance from one account to another?

You cannot transfer your balance from one account to another. Please note that using multiple accounts is not allowed. 

 

5. How long will it take to verify KYC?

 KYC verification is not mandatory, Deposits and Withdrawals do not require KYC verification however if the document is submitted it will be verified and approved within 24-48 hours.


6.How can I close my account?

 

           Let us know the reason so we can take your feedback. Accounts inactive for 60+ days are archived automatically.

7. How can I change my Name on my profile?

In order to change your Name, Please kindly verify your KYC. Once it is verified your account name will be updated as per your document.

8. How can I change my Username?

You cannot change your Username once the account is created.

9. How can I change my Phone Number?

You cannot change your Phone Number once the Number is registered to the Platform.

10. How many bank accounts can be added?

You can add up to 5 different bank accounts under your valid  legal registered name

11. How can I self exclude my account immediately?

In order for self exclusion, you can make a request in our official mail and provide the details for the request.

18. Why does it say invalid password /username while trying to login?

 

Your username or password seems wrong. After 3 unsuccessful attempts your account will be locked, so make sure to enter the correct details.

 

19. Why is the Forget Password option not working ?

 

To resolve this issue, please clear your cache and browsing data, then relaunch the application or refresh the website and attempt the operation once more.

 

20. I forgot my Username / ID ?

 

 To get your username or ID, just go to the login page and click on “Not able to login.” At the top, you’ll see “Forgot Username.” Tap on it, enter your phone number, and then get the OTP to retrieve your username.

 

 

21. Why is my account suspended or blocked?  

We would like to inform you that your account has been permanently suspended by our compliance team due to activities that violate our platform's policies. Please be advised that any attempt to create a new account may result in its immediate suspension.

 

22. Despite multiple self exclusion requests , why is the account not closed yet?  

 Sir, if the account remains inactive for more than 60 days, it gets automatically archived. To follow up on your request, would you like me to connect you to an operator?

 

23. Why does it seem my account has been hacked, and why are there suspicious activities  happening on it?

25.  Can I update my Personal name/number/email ? 

 Please note that for security and verification reasons, the personal details provided during the sign-up process such as your name, mobile number, and email address cannot be changed once the account has been created.

 

26. How to update my KYC?

 To update your KYC, click the dropdown menu at the top right corner next to your username and select "Profile". In the Profile section, click on "KYC Verification" from the menu on the left. Once the page loads, select the document you want to submit, follow the instructions, and complete the submission process.

 

27. What to do in case KYC Verification got rejected

 If your KYC verification is rejected, go to the KYC Verification page and click "Reset". This will allow you to re-upload your documents. Before submitting again, please make sure all details are correct and that your documents meet the required criteria.


   28. Where can I find my referral code? 

           Once you have logged in, please click on the dropdown menu beside your username and select Account Info. Your referral code will be displayed at the bottom of the page.
