      1. Where can I check the status of my bet?
         
         Sir you can check your Exchange open bets by simply clicking on “MY BETS” at the bottom right corner of the home page. 
         
         To check your bets, please click on the dropdown arrow next to your username>select the provider options under bet details. “My Bets” will redirect you to Exchange bets. 
         
      2. What are the betting rules?
         
         Sir, Kindly click on the terms & conditions available at the bottom of your homepage. 
          
      3. How to cancel a bet?
         
         Bets once placed in the Casino and Exchange platform cannot be cancelled whereas for Sportsbook and Premium Sportsbook Cashout option and Sell bet options are available by the market provider.
         
      4. What does blue & red colour in exchange means?
         
         Blue means to Back & Red means to Lay.
         
      5. What is Back and Lay? 
         
          BACK Bet is a bet where you put your stake on a certain outcome of a bet. You are betting FOR something. If you bet 10 INR on India you win the amount of your stake times the odds and if India loses then u lose 10 INR. In this example: 10 INR x 1.67 = 16.7 INR, minus the amount of your stake of 10 INR would make a clear profit of 6.70 INR. 

    1. LAY Bet is a bet AGAINST the favorite. So for example you Lay India 10INR at 1.70 odds that means if India loses you will win 10 INR but if India wins you will only lose 7 INR.

      1. How are winnings calculated for BACK and LAY betting?
         
         BACK Bet winnings : stake amount multiplied with odds/rate  is profit and liability is the stake.
         
         LAY Bet winnings : stake amount is desired profit and liability will depend on the odds/rate of the bet.
         
         
      2. Why are casino bets in Confirmed status?

    2. Sometimes, bets may not go through successfully due to network interruptions or transactional issues.  When this happens, the bets may not be settled immediately. In most cases, the transaction is either automatically reversed by the provider, or the payment gets processed after some time. If the amount has been deducted from your account but the order isn't confirmed, we recommend waiting for a short period, as our concerned team typically resolve such issues.

      1. How long will it take for the settlement of bets?

    3. Sir settlement time varies depending upon the game category. All bets are settled by the respective market providers. 

      1. Is there any commission on the winnings?

    4. There is a commission of 4% on the winnings for Match Odds Market of only the Exchange platform.

       

      1. Why are bets Voided/Lapsed in the Exchange platform?
         
         
         

    5. The probable reason could be the following :

      A) If the order placed before the event goes in-play, and the bet isn't matched when it goes in-play the bet is lapsed. 

      B) If during in-play for some reason betfair suspends markets, and the order was unmatched then the bet is lapsed. 

      C) If you have placed a bet, and it is unmatched till the end of the game and the order remains unmatched the event finishes the bet is lapsed.

       

      1.  What happens to the bets if the match gets interrupted by the Rain?

    6. In the event that a match is postponed/delayed by the rain, bets will stand if the match is played within 48 hours, provided there is no change of venue or format.

      If played outside 48 hours of the original start time, bets will be void. All bets on a match will be void if the match is officially declared as a 'no result' and bets are refunded.
