1. How to get a bonus?

We offer various kinds of bonuses, such as welcome bonus, refill bonus, cashback bonus, and referral bonus.  

Welcome bonus- This bonus is available on your first deposit and is instantly active; however, in order to redeem it, you must complete the platform's specified RO. 

Refill Bonus- This bonus is offered instantly on every redeposit up to 4% without any rollover requirement.

Cashback Bonus - This bonus is offered instantly on your wallet on your Weekly losses up to 4% to reduce your losses.

Referral Bonus- This bonus is available when you refer your friends and they complete a specific RO specified by the platform. Your friends must use your referral code while signing up.

2. What is the validity of the bonus program?

It depends upon the chosen bonus program and will expire if not consumed during the allotted time period.

Welcome bonus: 7 days; Refill bonus: 24 hours & Cashback bonus: 48 hours

4. I did not receive my welcome Bonus. 

Sir your welcome bonus has been added to your bonus wallet, but currently the bonus is locked.  To use the bonus amount you will have to complete rollover as per terms and conditions. Sir, once your rollover is completed your bonus amount will be added on your gaming wallet. 

5. What is the RO requirement?

Sir, RO means Roll Over, which in essence means you need to complete a certain valid roll over to avail your bonus. This means, you will have to play valid bets equivalent to the required amount as per the T&C, this amount is the Rollover amount. Please refer to our promotion page for more information. 

6. What is a Valid Rollover ?  

Bets must be with odds of at least Decimal 1.70 to be contributed towards bonus rollover requirements.

The valid RO calculation is as follows for an example:

You placed a bet of 100 rs in roulette on black color. So your stake is: 100 Rs

Now there are 3 scenarios:

a) You win Rs.

100 So Profit & Loss = Rs.100 So valid RO = (|100|/100) = 100% Hence your valid RO = Rs. 100

b) You lose Rs.100 So Profit & Loss = Rs. -100 So valid RO = (|-100|/100) = 100% Hence your valid RO = Rs. 100

c) You win Rs.5 and your stake was Rs.100 So valid RO = (|5|/100) = 5% Hence your valid RO = 0 as the 5% < 70%

7. Why am I not able to withdraw my bonus amount?

Sir, the Bonus amount cannot be withdrawn, but any winnings from the bonus amount can be withdrawn immediately. 

8. How do I get a Cashback Bonus ?

To be eligible for a cashback bonus, your overall profit/loss should be negative, as should your previous week's profit/loss amount. The bonus is then determined based on your last week's net loss, which is released every Monday.

10.  Is there any Free Bonus ?
