  1. How to add a new withdrawal account?
     To withdraw funds, log in to user profile, click the dropdown menu next to username and wallet balance, navigate to "finances," select "withdrawal" on the left side of the page, and then click "add bank" to enter valid bank information.
     
  2. How to submit a withdrawal request?
     To withdraw funds, go to the finances dropdown menu located beside username and wallet balance. Choose the withdrawal option from the left side of the page, select preferred payment method, and enter the required bank information.
     
  3. What are the minimum & maximum withdrawal limits?
     The daily withdrawal limit is between INR 1000 and INR 5,00,000 whereas the maximum withdrawal per transaction is INR 2,00,000.
     
     Note: The revised terms and conditions state that the daily withdrawal limit is up to INR 2,00,000, provided the lifetime win/loss status was positive as of the previous day. If the lifetime win/loss status was negative on the previous day, the daily withdrawal limit is INR 5,00,000.
     
  4. Are there limitations on withdrawal transactions?
     The daily transaction limit is 10.
     
  1. What conditions must be met to make a withdrawal?
     The following requirements must be completed to withdraw funds:
     A. Complete a valid 1X RO of deposited amount.
     B. An RO is considered valid if the win or loss exceeds 10% of the total stake.
     C. Only bets with odds of Decimal 1.10 or higher will count towards the rollover requirements.
     
     
  2. How long does it take for a withdrawal to reflect in a customer's bank account?
     The withdrawal amount will be credited to the customer's bank account within a minimum of 30 minutes and a maximum of 24 hours from the time of their request.
     
     
  3. On what conditions the withdrawal amount is returned to the customer’s gaming account?
     A.  If the internet connection is unstable when a withdrawal is requested, the transaction will be returned to the user's account. The user should verify the bank server status and check the connectivity to avoid this issue.
     B. The funds will be refunded to the account if the bank details provided for the withdrawal are inaccurate. Before adding a bank for withdrawal, double-check that all the information is correct.
     
     
  4. How to cancel a withdrawal?
     To cancel a withdrawal, the account holder must contact customer service. The withdrawal cannot be canceled by the account holder. Withdrawals cannot be cancelled once it is Initiated for Payout or Processed by the accounts team.
     
     
  5. What is the maximum number of withdrawal accounts that can be linked to a single account?
     A maximum of 3 bank accounts can be linked to a single user account for withdrawals.
     
     
  6. What are withdrawal charges?
     The first withdrawal each day is free of charge. Subsequent withdrawal requests, starting from the second, will incur applicable fees. The withdrawal charges commence at 1%, increasing incrementally to 2%, 3%, and so forth. The specific percentage depends on the loyalty tier you are currently on.
  7. Is it possible to withdraw money into a different account?
     Due to security protocols, funds cannot be transferred into a separate account.
